Shipping policy

Ebooks and audiobooks will be delivered to the email you provide at checkout. The email will come from BookFunnel, usually within five minutes. If you require assistance with your book once it's delivered, BookFunnel will be able to help you. If you don't receive your digital item from BookFunnel within five minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. If you still haven't received it, you can reach Support at help@bookfunnel.com. 

Signed paperbacks, when offered, will be shipped directly from the author. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but orders will be fulfilled within three business days. Since these are personalized, there will be no refunds allowed.

Regular paperbacks and branded merchandise are shipped by a third party. Their standard refund policies apply.
